Dave Bazan is a Texas native who has proudly called Las Vegas home for over three decades. He has witnessed its transformation into a premier real estate hub. As a seasoned loan officer, Dave brings a wealth of experience to the table, skillfully guiding his clients through the complexities of the home-buying journey with care and precision. With a background in hospitality management, Dave excels in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring each client enjoys a seamless and stress-free experience.

Outside of work, Dave finds fulfillment in his role as a devoted father to four boys and one daughter. In his leisure time, he enjoys attending country music concerts and festivals with his wife Lauren and honing his skills as a 3rd-degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
